The Engineers 

The Structured Lab

Best for older campers or those ready for a technical challenge. This track follows a structured Weekly Syllabus using Arduinos, sensors, and motors to build high-tech take-home inventions.

Focus: Coding, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering.

The Little Chefs

The Creative Kitchen & Garden

Best for younger campers or tactile creators. This track is intentionally open-ended, allowing space for creativity, curiosity, and the rhythm of the season.

Focus: Farm-to-Table, Seasonal Gardening, and Kitchen Chemistry.

  • Week 1 (June 1–4): Digital Gardeners – Bridge nature and tech by building Arduino soil-sensors to "listen" to our plants.

  • Week 2 (June 8–11): Smart Suits & Secret Signals – A dive into "wearable tech" using Arduino Lilypad to create glowing gear.

  • Week 3 (June 15–18): Game Makers & Masterminds – Design game mechanics and use code to bring original digital worlds to life.

  • Week 4 (June 22–25): The Fruit-Orchestra – Use Makey Makey to turn everyday objects (like bananas!) into digital instruments.

  • Week 5 (June 29–July 2): Solar Explorers – Harness the Austin sun to build smart lanterns and solar ovens.

  • Week 6 (July 6–9): The Inventor’s Hackathon – The ultimate "Maker Space" finale and celebratory community banquet.

$350 per week / child

Engineer Track

The Creative Kitchen & Garden

  • Garden Discovery: Harvesting from our beds and checking the coop for eggs.

  • Skill-Based Play: Safe knife handling, measuring, and flavor balancing.

  • Choice & Creativity: We provide the seasonal ingredients; the kids provide the ideas.

  • Sensory Art: Using the land for mud-kitchens and botanical dyes.

$350 per week / child
